  • How do I best maintain my GoGo Bottle?
    Keep your Zimpanzee GoGo Bottles in good shape by washing them with soapy water after each use. The silicone inner rings on the lids are also removeable so you can really get in there with a brush to clean your bottle out. And when drying or storing your GoGo Bottle, keep the cap off to make sure the inside dries out properly.
  • What can I use my GoGo Bottle for?
    Your GoGo Bottle can keep liquids cold for up to 30 hours and hot for up to 12 hours. So you can use it in anyway you like! We do suggest for you to stick to regular drinks like water and sports drinks, but hey, if you feel like chugging a hot soup at the gym, go right ahead. Just make sure your wash your bottle real good afterwards!
  • Should I put the bottle in the refrigerator or in the freezer?
    We don't suggest you do that since the qualities that keep the temperature of the liquid within the bottle stable actually also prevents the temperature of the environment from affecting the liquid inside the bottle. Meaning to say, the liquid inside the GoGo Bottle will actually take longer to cool down if you're putting a filled GoGo bottle in the fridge. As long as you fill up your Zimpanzee GoGo Bottles with pre-chilled drinks and a couple of ice cubes, your drink will stay cool for up to 30 hours.
  • Can I microwave my GoGo Bottle?
    No.

  • Can I fly with my GoGo Bottle?
    Our GoGo Bottles are designed for more than one adventure, so you certainly can! Just take note that there may be a change of pressure within the bottle, so open it with caution after take off. We don’t need your drink flying after all!
  • Zimpanzee GoGo Bottles 24-Month Warranty
    We at Zimpanzee are committed to the quality and craftmanship of our products (the term 'product' stated herein would refer to the lid, handle, bottle, and silicon gaskets as both individual parts and as a sum of parts such as to make up a whole). That’s why we offer a 24-month warranty on your newly purchased Gogo Bottle, starting from the date of purchase, with the following inclusions and exceptions: The 24-Month Warranty on your GoGo Bottle covers: · Manufacturing defects present at the time of receipt · Damaged products caused by shipping · Broken, chipped, cracked, dented or leaking lids due to manufacturing defects e.g. ill-fitting silicone gaskets (‘Gasket’ refers to the silicon O-ring found on the inner rims of the lids) · Torn/broken/missing gaskets at the time of receipt In all cases, we will honour a 1-to-1 replacement on the defective or damaged part, a 1-to-1 replacement of the entire set (on a case by case basis, dependent on available stock), or issue a partial or full refund depending on circumstance. You can only claim for a 1-to-1 replacement once for every purchase of a GoGo Bottle. Warranty will not apply to replacement bottles unless you are able to provide proof of damage caused during shipping and upon receipt. The 24-Month Warranty does not cover: 1. Damage caused to the product due to improper use, misuse or abuse, or fall from height 2. Damage or defect caused by improper cleaning of the product 3. Damage or defect caused by unauthorised disassembling, altering or modification of the product 4. Damage or defect caused by fire and/or other natural causes. 5. Damage to the silicon gaskets due to mishandling, abuse or wear and tear. 6. Normal wear and tear e.g. denting, paint fading or chipping, scratches, cuts, etc. 7. Accidental damage – if the product is dropped from height and a dent, crack or hole occurs in the product due to that drop, we cannot be responsible for that damage. 8. Products that have undergone unauthorised modifications, alterations or repairs. Warranty Questions Pertaining to Rust One question that we get all the time is, are Zimpanzee GoGo Bottles warrantied against rust? Well, our Bottles are made from 304 food grade stainless steel. The chromium within the stainless steel reacts with oxygen in the air to form a protective layer on the steel called chromium oxide that prevents rusting. If this layer is damaged, rust can occur. To prevent this damage from happening, do not risk scratches to the inside metal surfaces of your Bottle by avoiding the use of these materials and cleaning agents when washing or cleaning your product: 1. Steel wool or steel brushes 2. Cleaning agents containing chlorides such as fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine, etc. 3. Cleaning agents containing alcohol, ammonia or mineral spirits OK, so what happens if your GoGo Bottle starts to rust? Don’t panic. Simply make a paste from water and baking soda, and do a rub-a-dub scrub on the surface where the rust is evident with a soft cloth and before you know it, bam! Rust-free, baby! So long story short, no, the GoGo Bottles are not warrantied against rust. But no one likes a rusty bottle, especially if it’s brand new, so we’ll be happy to do a 1-to-1 exchange or send you a replacement product only and only if should you find rust inside your bottle at the time of receipt. How to claim warranty: Your warranty would start from the date of purchase, and end 24 months after that date. Yes, we know that you might not receive your bottle the same day you purchase it but don’t worry, we usually give 2 weeks grace period. So it’s more like, 24 months + 2 weeks. We have it down here in writing so that makes it official! You can totally quote us on this. To claim warranty on your products, 1. Make sure you have your proof of purchase with item description and date of purchase, and order number (if any) clearly stated 2. Contact us through our official channels and emails 3. Provide pictures of the damage and defect, and a short write up of how it happened 4. We will need your email or contact, so please ensure that it’s clearly stated in your email or message Customers will be liable for shipping costs to send the product back to us if necessary for further investigation. Otherwise, we will send you a 1-to-1 replacement on the defective or damaged part, or a 1-to-1 replacement of the entire set (on a case by case basis, dependent on available stock). Do note that 1-to-1 replacement can be claimed only once, unless you're able to prove that the replacement product was already damaged upon receipt. Warranty will not apply to replacement products after your warranty claim. Please note that we have a strict no-refund policy. The terms & conditions of this warranty are subject to change, and as such, only the latest, current version will apply at the time of claiming.
  • How do I best maintain my vegan suede ZimYoga yoga mat?
    Yoga mats can get stained and dirty, and ours is no exception. These stains should not affect the functionality of the mat, but as a general clean whenever you are done using it and your yoga mat should be keeping you company for years. For dirt stains or shoe marks, simply use a clean towel, and give that dirty spot a few rubs. The dirt should come right off. For more stubborn stains, try heavily diluting a teaspoon of detergent with water, then using this detergent solution on a clean piece of towel to rub off the stain. Afterwards, pat the towel dry with another piece of clean dry towel.
  • What is the difference between the materials PU and Vegan Suede?
    Do note that as of December 2022, we still do not stock any PU mats in our lineup. But plans are underway! But just for your knowledge, PU is polyurethane, and Vegan Suede is sythentic suede. They are both equally good and functional, but they feel slightly different to the touch. PU is grippy and cushy (it 'gives' a little more upon load), while Vegan Suede offers a more svelte and lush experience. Vegan suede actually gets grippier as you sweat, so it’s perfect for certain types of yoga practitioners.
  • I want to “break in” my new yoga mat. Any tips?
    That's the fun part! The simple answer is to use your yoga mat more often. With increased use, your yoga mat should feel more grippy and comfortable to use. So what are you waiting for? Go do some yoga now!
  • Any ideas on how I can repurpose my old yoga mat?
    Oh, this is where you can get super creative! From protecting car seats when travelling with pets to using them as camping or picnic mats, you get to make your own rules and give your beautiful yoga mat a second life! You can even use them as cardio, HIIT or workout mats!
  • What styles of yoga can I use my yoga mat for?
    Our yoga mats are there to accompany you through any sort of yoga practice, so be free to practice whatever type of yoga you want! If you are wary of sweating too much on your mat, simply lay out a thin towel. Though it must be said that our mats actually get grippier as you sweat! Try it out!
  • There are some marks after my yoga practice. How do I get rid of them?
    The marks come from the pressure being applied onto the yoga mat during your practice and not from a product defect. It’s a reminder of your own yoga journey, and the marks won’t affect the yoga mat’s performance, so be proud and leave your mark! If however, you're talking about a dirt stain or shoe mark, please see the above answer on how to clean!
  • How do I best store my mat?
    After wiping your yoga mat down, simply roll it up loosely and keep it in your room. Just try to avoid direct sunlight, so your yoga mat design remains vibrant and distinct even after a long period of time. Trust us.
  • Can I fold my mat?
    If possible, avoid folding the mat like a cute pancake. It might damage the yoga mat's natural rubber layer. Instead, roll it up when you want to store or move it around!

To put our money where our mouth is, all ZimYoga yoga mats come with a Lifetime Warranty. That's right. All to give you the best possible experience that comes with owning a ZimYoga product. Terms & Conditions for warranty claims as below: We cover the following under our Lifetime ZimYoga mat warranty: Surface imperfections such as cuts, gouges, and tears at the time of purchase BEFORE use. Errors, print smudges, or severe irregularities on the top printed layer of the mat upon receipt The following is not covered under warranty: Damage, discoloration or creases arising from improper handling and storage. Always keep the mat either flat or rolled up. Damage from improper cleaning e.g. harsh chemicals, damage from washing machine or dryer, or use of a vacuum cleaner. Damage from exposure to excessive liquids .g. soaking the entire mat in water Damage from pet bites, scratch marks, or from outside elements that puncture the mat. Damage arising from use that isn’t yoga or other similar fitness activities e.g. HIIT or Cardio workouts Mats marked under clearance sales at time of purchase When claiming for a 1-to-1 replacement for your ZimYoga yoga mat, please provide pictures and if possible, videos, of your mat and a detailed explanation as to why you're claiming the 1-to-1 replacement. If your claim is found valid, Zimpanzee will avail to provide you with a replacement mat of the same design. However, should that specific mat design be unavailable at the time of claim (e.g. stock unavailability or discontinued), Zimpanzee reserves the right to allocate you at our discretion, another mat of similar performance, design and value. Zimpanzee is NOT liable for any other solution (such as a cash refund) or for any damages, whether actual, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, resulting from the use or misuse of this product. All replacements are final and have no cash value. Please note that we have a strict no-refund policy. This Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects only (including any defect in materials or workmanship). Zimpanzee has the sole discretion to determine manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered under this Lifetime Warranty. Loss or theft of a ZimYoga yoga mat is not covered by this Lifetime Warranty. This Lifetime Warranty applies to all types of defects or failure during standard use This Lifetime Warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser of a ZimYoga mat, and does not apply to owners of pre-owned ZimYoga products. As such, proof of purchase will have to be shown at the time of claim. Although the Lifetime Warranty lasts for the life of your ZimYoga mat, please note that you can claim for a 1-to-1 replacement only once. The Lifetime Warranty will not apply to your replacement mat after claiming. This Lifetime Warranty applies only to purchasers of ZimYoga yoga mats who are residing in Singapore. Owners of ZimYoga yoga mats won through giveaways, contests, or lucky draws will only have the warranty be in effect for 1 week after receiving the mat i.e. the warranty will only last for 1 week as opposed to Lifetime. Zimpanzee reserves the right to reproduce all or any portion of any customer letter, email, photograph and/or other communication received by Zimpanzee in connection with this Lifetime Warranty in its advertising or promotional materials without compensation to the customer. The submission of any such letter, email, photograph and/or other communication as part of a claim will constitute a license authorizing Zimpanzee to use and reproduce all or any portion of those materials in connection with its business.   • How do I best maintain my Air-Weve™ towel?
    Always wash your Air-Weve™ towels after use! Feel free to soak it in cold water before using gentle detergent and hanging it up to dry. Your towel will be ready for your next workout in no time!
  • What can I use my Air-Weve™ towel for?
    Our Air-Weve™ towels are suitable for all kinds of sports and leisure activities. In fact, they are made to be able to do just that! Spend your day in the sun or sweating it out, because you have nothing to worry about.
  • How should I use my Air-Weve™ towel?
    Feel free to use our Air-Weve™ towels whenever you are feeling warm, sweaty, or just need to cool down. A great trick is to wet it down with cool water (like from a Zimpanzee Gogo Bottle *hint*hint*) and drape it around your neck. It’s a wonderful feeling, especially in hot and humid weather! Heck, you can even use it and do a silly dance! You do you. We won’t judge.
  • Does my towel help with my workout performance?
    Working out takes up a lot of energy and focus, so you have to feel your best to do your best. And our Air-Weve™ towels are here to cool you down and keep you feeling refreshed as and when you need it!
  • I have sensitive skin. Will I have issues with the Air-Weve™ towel?
    Our towels are made from a polyamide material, which is safe for human use. However, everyone is different, and we don't know your exact skin condition, so we can’t guarantee that it won’t irritate your skin. Should you face any problems when using our towel, please seek the attention of a medical professional immediately.
  • Can I toss my towel into a washing machine or a dryer?
    Yes to the washing machine, and no to the dryer. For convenience, you can machine wash our Air-Weve™ towels in cold water - just don't take it past 50 degrees celcius. Definitely keep it out of the dryer though. If your towel is of a lighter colour, we suggest washing it separately to avoid staining, and vice versa.
  • Send help! I can’t find the products that I’m looking for!
    Hold up! Do not panic! Simply contact us via our contact us page so we can answer all your dire soul-churning questions! If the product is currently out of stock, just keep up with our restocks by joining our mailing list. Good things are definitely worth the wait!
  • How long does delivery take?
    Well, it depends on where you are. If you're in Singapore, 5 to 7 days would be a safe bet, since we’d have time to process your order, get things packed up, and send it right where you want the order to get to. For regional and international orders, a wait of 20 to 30 days might be a more prudent take, so place your orders early, especially for festive occasions!
  • What should I do if I receive the wrong product or order?
